After the Netherlands, the Israeli long-range artillery system PULS could seduce Spain

A few days ago, the Spanish Army announced that it intended to obtain, within the framework of the modernization of its artillery capacities, 12 long-range artillery systems to arm two batteries within the Grupo de Artillerie Lanzacohetes de Campaña (Field Rocket Artillery Group) or GALCA. For the Spanish forces, as for the majority of armed forces in Europe, it is a question of reinforcing the engagement capacities in terms of high intensity, and of reinforcing the strike capacities in the depth of the enemy device, whose effectiveness has been demonstrated in Ukraine, especially when the air forces have been largely neutralized. The estimate of the Spanish General Staff, however, did not surprise anyone in Madrid. Indeed, a vast international consultation was launched a few months ago, with a view to acquiring these systems.
