Hello, since this week I have had advertisements appearing on all the photos of the articles! I thought that with my subscription I was exempt from ads, which were annoying by the way. thank you for your response

    1. There was an error at the management level. This was supposed to be removed on Wednesday evening, but it was not done. It will be done tomorrow morning, logically.

    Hello,

I subscribed a short time ago and for now I can see the latest articles in full. Except the article on “Nuclear weapons: the future South Korean defense minister does not exclude any option” from 20/08. It tells me to subscribe even though I am subscribed and connected (in fact the comment is made while connected).
    Can you do something?

    1. It's a browser cache issue. Clear your browser cache (or delete then reinstall the application), this should resolve the problem;

    1. Because I'm a quiche)) there you go, it's fixed)

Hello, like a month ago, I can't connect even though I've been a subscriber since July 22.
    Can you fix this?

    1. Hello
If you can post a message, you are connected. It's definitely a problem with your browser's cache. Empty it and everything should be back to normal.

    Hello,
I can only read 25% of the articles. I cleared the cache but the problem persists...
    What to do?

    1. Hello
I see strange behavior on your account. It seems that on August 21, you abandoned a subscription change procedure, for a monthly subscription. I don't know why, this canceled your current weekly subscription. It was therefore not renewed today. Did you cancel your subscription yourself before trying the monthly subscription process?
In any case, having no longer been billed from the 20th, it is normal that you no longer have access to the articles. On the other hand, I would like to know if it is a bug (unsolicited cancellation), or a false manipulation?
      Thank you

  7. Cédric Marcos-Castro

    Bonsoir
Yes, I tried to subscribe monthly but it seemed like it didn't work.
    So, what should I do??

    1. You can simply resume a subscription directly. You no longer have an active subscription so you can resume a weekly subscription if you wish.

  8. Cédric Marcos-Castro

    Ok, thanks.
It's done, I have resumed a monthly subscription.
    Have a good day!

    1. Perfect )
Thank you for your loyalty !
      Have a nice day too

Hello, I have a connection problem, despite my subscription the codes are not taken into account. I know it is a cache problem. But I do not want to separate myself from the cache history. What to do in this case. This is the only place where I have a problem on this point. Suddenly I have to change browser which is not convenient. Thank you

    1. Hello
This will fix itself over time. Your browser cache will simply clear out and make way for new data. Chrome and Firefox are especially annoying with their cache. In the meantime, I recommend using a private browsing window on your browser to log in. This will keep your browsing history intact, but you will have a clean environment without this window.
